WINEMAKING
Fermentation in 50-hl stainless steel tanks. Approximately 20 days of maceration at a controlled temperature of 25–28 °C. Two pump-overs were performed daily, along with three extended “delestages” on the third, fifth, and seventh days of fermentation.

TASTING NOTES

A deep ruby red with bright purple highlights.
The broad, rich, and complex nose combines ripe red fruit (blackberry and wild berries) with delicate notes of vanilla and toasted hints. A wine of great structure and superb richness.
On the palate, its enveloping personality stands out with ripe, velvety tannins and a long finish.
