WINEMAKING
All grape varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. Maceration lasts approximately 20 days at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation took place in concrete tanks. From there, the wine was transferred directly to barrels in the spring of 2018.
TASTING NOTES
Intense ruby red.
The nose is broad and intense, with delicate aromas of red currant, blackberry jam, and tomato leaf complemented by toasty notes from the oak. Excellent structure, with ripe and persistent tannins. The classic toasty notes from the barrels lead to a sweet and balanced finish.
