VINIFICATION
Fermentation on the grape skins for approximately 10–12 days at a controlled temperature below 28°C in large, shallow stainless steel tanks (150 hl), in order to preserve fresh fruit flavors and ensure a long shelf life.

TASTING NOTES

A deep ruby red with violet hues.
Full-bodied and complex, with typical fruit notes such as blackberry and cherry, perfectly balanced with spicy aromas from the oak. Very good structure, soft yet distinct tannins, balanced by a pleasant acidity.
Long on the palate, with a fruity and savory finish. Serve at 18°C
