WINEMAKING
Initial cold maceration at 8–10°C, followed by gentle pressing to separate the free-run juice. Fermentation for 10–12 days at temperatures between 16° and 18°C. Bottled early in January to preserve the aromas.
TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow with greenish hues. Complex and fragrant.
The soft floral nuances stand out against the fruit notes typical of the variety (including pear and golden apple). Full-bodied, intense, and balanced.
The flavor is in harmony with a fresh acidity that leads to a savory and pleasantly fruity finish.
