WINEMAKING
Fermentation on the skins for approximately 18–20 days, at a controlled temperature below 28 °C, in large, shallow 150-hl stainless steel tanks designed and built to extract tannins and color efficiently yet gently.
TASTING NOTES
Ruby red with violet hues.
The aroma releases pleasant fruity notes of black cherry and jam, followed by classic hints of spice and vanilla.
On the palate, it is a warm wine with ripe, well-defined tannins. Intense and persistent, with a long finish.
Serve at 18°C
