WINEMAKING
Produced exclusively from our own vineyards surrounding the winery. The grapes, harvested in impeccable condition, undergo a cooling process before being gently pressed in an inert, oxygen-free atmosphere. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures between 15 and 17°C.

TASTING NOTES
An elegant, subtle nose reveals the fragrance of white fruits with delicate citrus notes. Good attack and fullness on the palate; the lively, flavorful fruit reveals balance, freshness, and a subtle hint of grapefruit that provides a pleasant finish. It vividly embodies the elegance and complexity we seek.
