TASTING NOTES
The Trilogie consists of three 100% Malbec wines sourced from three different terraces representing three distinct terroirs in Cahors. Each selected plot is carefully tended to produce wines that faithfully reflect the vine’s story in terms of soil, climate, exposure, and ecosystem.

AU COIN DU BOIS
Tasting notes: Aromas of ripe plum and black fruits on the nose. Rich, full-bodied palate with generous flavors of red fruits and blackberries. Full-bodied with round, dark tannins and a pleasant touch of oak.

LES GALETS
Tasting notes: Rich and expressive nose full of plums, blackberries, and spices. Opulent texture with a concentration of black fruits, spices, and well-integrated coffee. Dense structure offering a vibrant, long finish.

LES PETITES CAILLES
Tasting notes: A powerful nose with aromas of blackcurrant, hints of mint, and licorice. A firm and consistent palate with flavors of truffles, spices, and black plums. A generous wine with lovely tannic finesse. A long, rich, and fresh finish.
