WINEMAKING
Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation. Prolonged maceration on the skins to extract deep color, elegant aromas, and a smooth, enveloping tannic structure. Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Once malolactic fermentation is complete, this wine is transferred to fine-grained French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Dark in color, with a dense ruby hue that promises concentration and structure. Aromas of stewed black fruit alternate with a background of vanilla and spices like black pepper, along with hints of fine oak that give way to beautiful complexity and rich nuances. The palate is flavorful and elegant, with ripe, well-polished tannins, expressing harmony and a delightful richness. The finish is broad, with a silky texture that lingers on the palate like a caress. A classy wine of great finesse that invites you to savor it slowly to discover all its richness.
