WINEMAKING
The grapes are carefully destemmed before undergoing alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Maceration with the skins lasts up to 20 days to extract color, aromas, and body.
TASTING NOTES
Beautiful color with luminous highlights. The nose offers subtle notes of toasted wood and spices, which blend with candied red fruit against a background of licorice. On the palate, a full-bodied sensation stands out, with a foundation of ripe fruit and soft, elegant tannins. The finish is long and silky.
GRAPE VARIETIES
Primarily Tempranillo, with small amounts of Garnacha Tinta and Graciano
