TASTING NOTES
Pale yellow color. A fresh, highly complex aroma in which notes of pastry—resulting from the cava’s 36-month aging—blend with light notes of fresh fruit from the base wine. The palate is fresh and smooth, with very fine bubbles that integrate perfectly into the cava’s complexity. The finish is elegant, serious, long, and dry, fully expressing the cava’s character.
