WINEMAKING
After the grapes are fully or partially destemmed, fermentation in small vats and gentle pressing ensure optimal winemaking. Depending on the characteristics of the harvest, maceration lasts 15 to 18 days.
TASTING NOTES
Beautiful dark garnet color with brown and mauve hues. A complex bouquet combining aromas of candied red fruits, fig, and peony with a hint of chocolate. On the palate, it is harmonious and deep, with ripe fruit and dense yet refined tannins. An appealing wine.
VARIETY
Pinot Noir.
Serve at 17–18°C.
