Wine made from vineyards that are over 20 years old.
Alcoholic fermentation for 6 days. Skin contact for 5 days. Fermentation temperature of 28°C. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged in American oak barrels for 12 months, followed by a minimum of 6 months of bottle aging until release.
TASTING NOTES:
A wine with a medium body and a very bright color.
On the nose, notes of ripe fruit (blackberries, redcurrants) are perceived, very well integrated with toasted aromas, cinnamon, and toffee.
On the palate, it is a velvety wine, very pleasant and with great fruit expression. It is long-lasting with high-quality tannins.
