WINEMAKING
Alcoholic fermentation is intentionally halted through cold treatment (at 0° to 2°C for one week), thereby eliminating the fermenting yeasts before alcoholic fermentation is complete. This is how we naturally produce a wine classified as semi-sweet.
TASTING NOTES
Straw-yellow color with light, luminous golden highlights. Complex and intense on the nose, its notes intertwine harmoniously, revealing hints of white flowers (acacia, orange blossom) and touches of melon, peach, and pear. In addition to the delicate sweetness that sets it apart, it displays a pleasant liveliness that lightens it and makes it fun and fresh. A clean finish with a firm presence that highlights the white fruit. Very appealing for a joyful toast.
Serve at 6–8°C.
