Saint Amour, a wine with a charming name, is the cru of northern Beaujolais. This small appellation covers 280 hectares and is grown on limestone soils. These soils give the wine a mineral character that pairs well with the Gamay grape.
VINIFICATION
Hand-harvested grapes.
The whole grapes are placed in vats (without crushing or destemming).
Temperature-controlled.
Fermentation for 8 days.
