WINEMAKING
Produced exclusively from grapes grown on our own vineyards surrounding the winery. The grapes, harvested in impeccable condition, undergo a cooling process before being gently pressed in an inert, oxygen-free atmosphere. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures between 15 and 17°C.

TASTING NOTES
A red wine featuring lovely, flavorful red fruit with hints of vanilla that caress the palate. Silky and easy to drink.
