Our First Impressions
The 2021 vintage of Pazo de San Mauro is characterized by high aromatic intensity, with an expressive, fresh, and very fruity nose. The varietal aromas are clearly expressed with notes of green apple and citrus. On the palate, it displays significant minerality and liveliness, with hints of lemon, grapefruit, and apple, a silky texture, and a persistent finish. A vintage with a distinctly Atlantic character, very refreshing and mineral.
