TASTING NOTES
This wine of great character is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. After 30 years, this variety has adapted almost perfectly to the unique setting of Pago Valdebellón, with a limestone-based terroir that benefits from a distinctive microclimate in the highest part of the estate.

The result is a wine of intense, dark color that exudes a fresh and delicate air of sweet spices, exotic fruits, and mineral aromas. Its persistent bouquet of blackcurrant and scrubland exudes character. Overall, it is a complex and generous wine that has come to be known and recognized as the best Cabernet Sauvignon wine in Spain.
