TASTING NOTES
This cuvée is produced in the Morgon terroir at “Le grand Cars.” The deep soil, composed of granitic alluvial deposits, allows the Gamay grape to develop its tannins while retaining the fruitiness imparted by the granite. Well-structured and delicious, it ages well and pairs beautifully with both white and red meats.
