WINEMAKING
Grapes are placed in vats by gravity, without pumping. Slow, full-bodied alcoholic fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks and wooden vats using native yeast. Prolonged maceration, while avoiding over-extraction. Malolactic fermentation occurs in French oak barrels. All handling is done by gravity and with the utmost care.
TASTING NOTES
It displays a dense burgundy color with dark highlights. The nose reveals intensity, depth, and a range of nuances that unfold in the glass. It offers sensations of toasted and roasted notes that blend with voluptuous black fruit and the complexity of spicy undertones. Powerful on the palate, it expresses the elegance of soft tannins, toasty notes, and enveloping fruit, creating great harmony.
