Alcohol content: 14% ABV.
This wine is made from a blend of grapes grown in a vineyard over 50 years old, located on the slopes of the Sierra Cantabria.
Alcoholic fermentation lasted 10 days. Maceration on the skins for 15 days. Fermentation temperature: 18°C. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging takes place for two years in oak barrels, 95% American and 5% French. After this, the wine rests for a minimum of twelve months in the bottle.
TASTING NOTES
Deep cherry red color, intense, clean, and bright.
The aroma is intense, featuring very ripe fruit accompanied by toasted notes, toffee, and vanilla.
On the palate, it is sweet and balanced, with a high-quality tannic structure; it is velvety and very well-balanced.
