VINEYARD
Vineyards located in the Ribera Baja subregion, at an altitude of 200 to 400 meters, in southern Navarre. This is the most important area of the D.O. in terms of vineyard area and number of wineries. Average annual rainfall is 448 mm, and there are 241 days per year favorable for vine cultivation.
WINEMAKING
Destemming and partial crushing, with a maceration period of 10 hours at 18–20°C. The wine is clarified. Controlled fermentation at 18–20°C
TASTING NOTES
Intense, bright cherry red color.
Very fruity with great aromatic persistence, featuring intense notes of red fruit, citrus, and certain floral nuances.
Intense fruit flavors; fresh, smooth, and balanced. Long and persistent on the palate.
PAIRING
Ideal with light meats, smoked foods, seafood, rice, and pasta.
