WINEMAKING
Made exclusively from grapes grown on our own vineyards surrounding the winery. The grapes, harvested in impeccable condition, undergo a cooling process before being gently pressed in an inert, oxygen-free atmosphere. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures between 15 and 17°C.

TASTING NOTES
It shines with a beautiful pale pink color. The nose offers rose petals and subtle notes of peach. Silky on the palate, balanced with delicate flavors of ripe white fruit. Delicate in expression, it offers just the right liveliness to add sparkle to its freshness. Enveloping with a good finish. A rosé of great distinction and finesse.
