WINEMAKING
Produced exclusively from our own vineyards surrounding the winery. The grapes, harvested in impeccable condition, undergo a cooling process before being gently pressed in an inert, oxygen-free atmosphere. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures between 15 and 17°C.
TASTING NOTES
It displays a dark, brilliant ruby color. The nose reveals black fruit—blackberry and raspberry—which lend sweetness to notes of coconut, spices, and earthiness. The oak is elegantly integrated, imparting subtle nuances and refined complexity. The palate opens with volume and elegance, and the silky tannins are pleasant on the palate. Its long finish highlights the quality of the selected high-altitude vineyards and the careful, artisanal vinification of the Tempranillo grape.
