TASTING NOTES

It has a medium-high color intensity with a dark red core and a red rim.
It is highly intense, bursting with red and black fruits, notably cherry and blackberry. It is rich in mineral nuances, aromatic herbs, and delicate spices. The sensation of wet earth and the aromas beneath a pine forest stand out, with rockrose being particularly prominent. There is a very interesting note of fresh pistachio. The nose is significant, with good volume and the oak perfectly integrated, almost imperceptible.
Full-bodied, very broad, with noticeable tannins, but fine-grained and a pleasant sensation of freshness. Some notes of fine, subtle oak appear, in a very delicate way. The finish leaves a delicious sensation of fresh sweetness that captivates. It is very long, possibly one of the best Corimbo wines we have ever produced. It is at its peak right now, but it is built to age for many years.
