Sumarroca Classic, from our own vineyards, featuring a small amount of Chardonnay added to the traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada, and aged for approximately 24 months in racks.

TASTING NOTES
Pale yellow color. Very fresh aroma, a blend of fruit from the base wine with the first pastry notes from the cava’s two-year aging. On the palate, it is fruity and fresh, with fine, pleasant bubbles that integrate perfectly into the cava’s structure.
