On the palate, the same mineral character and garrigue notes are evident, but in a slightly different register (mentholated verbena, sage, bay leaf).

Secondary notes of redcurrant and blueberry compote emerge, along with a hint of fruit brandy, signaling the beginning of a very harmonious evolution. The tannins are well-integrated, giving the wine a perfectly balanced structure.
