WINEMAKING
The winemaking process takes place in two stages: extraction of the first juice, followed by pressing in two-hour cycles.
TASTING NOTES
Pale gold/golden color with green hues. The nose reveals white-fleshed fruits and candied citrus aromas with a touch of brioche and gingerbread. On the palate, there is a combination of richness, subtle oak notes, and dried fruit flavors. A pleasantly rich wine.
VARIETY
Chardonnay.
Serve at 12–14°C.
