TASTING NOTES

Altan has a deep, intense color with shades of purple and dark garnet.
The nose, with a distinctly spring-like character, offers a veritable symphony of fresh, natural flowers, notes of pepper, and praline-coated cherries.
A true concentrate of fruit and aromas, Altan offers a complex palette of flavors drawn from the deep identity of our terroirs: scrubland shrubs (broom, rockrose), and aromatic herbs (thyme, sage, juniper, and rosemary). The batches produced by carbonic maceration give this blend a creamy, velvety, and firm structure, as well as an aromatic palette composed of fresh, juicy fruits (fresh grapes and blueberries). This complex, easily identifiable mosaic constitutes the very specific hallmark that we truly wanted to highlight during the production of this wine.
