TASTING NOTES

A beautiful grapefruit color with raspberry highlights, characteristic of the Aussières rosé.
The nose offers a rich and complex aromatic palette, featuring classic aromas of licorice, caramel, and a hint of sweet spices.
On the palate, the wine is both lively and sweet, with notes of white flowers, grapefruit, citrus, and delicious aromas reminiscent of lemon tart. The mid-palate reveals well-integrated notes of fennel and anise. A wine brimming with flavors and very refreshing.
