TASTING NOTES

Deep color with ruby-red highlights. The nose displays balance and complexity, revealing multiple layers of black fruit aromas such as blackberries and ripe plums, along with toasty notes of nutmeg, graphite, and the roasted red pepper typical of the variety. On the palate, this vintage shows some differences from the classic Peralillo Carmenère. On the one hand, it offers higher acidity with balanced sweetness, and on the other, the tannins are more pronounced, resulting in a juicier wine. A Carmenère with great aromatic complexity, a youthful yet balanced character on the palate, and a seductive finish.
