TASTING NOTES

It is very intense, almost impenetrable, with a very dark core and a deep red rim.
When brought to the nose, many overlapping layers emerge. Black fruits stand out, with hints of perfectly ripe plums and blackberries. It has a strong mineral component that lends depth to the wine, with hints of India ink. Aromas of damp earth and herbs in the shade of pine trees emerge. There is a remarkable balance in which the oak accompanies from the background. Delicate, long, evocative, and intense all at once, and finished with minty notes of dark cocoa.
Full-bodied and rich. With black fruit and cocoa, but also freshness. It evokes the landscape of the Horra pine forests with the freshness after the rain. The tannins are of high quality and create a sensation of power and elegance at the same time, as the wine is both full-bodied and airy. A combination of fruit, minerality, body, length, and freshness that comes together to form a magnificent wine. Excellent with meat dishes.
