WINEMAKING
The grapes are destemmed with the utmost care. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Maceration on the skins is extended up to 30 days to extract color, aromas, and tannic structure. Malolactic fermentation occurs in new French oak barrels or stainless steel tanks, depending on the specific batch of wine. Once malolactic fermentation is complete, all wines are transferred to barrels, with racking every 6 months.
TASTING NOTES
A deep, dark garnet color enhanced by slightly brick-red hues, a true testament to its long and careful bottle aging. A complex nose full of nuances, where noble oak blends with spicy notes and a balsamic undertone. This great Reserva is defined by modern touches: very lively on the palate, with character and volume upon tasting. Spicy notes and a base of fine wood linger on the finish. In the glass, it opens up to reveal a range of very distinctive nuances, showcasing its beautiful complexity and elegance. The finish is complex, persistent, and sweet. A wine of unquestionable class.
