WINEMAKING
The must is gently bled off so that the rosé must begins alcoholic fermentation in a separate stainless steel tank (without skins) at a low temperature. The wine is subsequently stabilized through cold treatment, preventing malolactic fermentation. This also preserves the wine’s natural acidity and enhances its freshness. It is bottled between December and January following the harvest.
TASTING NOTES
It dazzles with its strawberry-red hue verging on vivid coral. The nose offers a bouquet of red fruit, white flowers, and hints of roses. On the palate, it is flavorful, blending cherry, fennel, blackthorn, and a hint of anise. A versatile rosé with a fresh style, body, and character. It makes a strong impression with its vibrant-colored label and steel-gray lettering. It shines with its own light.
Serve at a temperature of 6–8°C.
