The challenge for Maison Henriot was to create a Ros\u00e9 Champagne that truly reflects Henriot\u2019s style and philosophy, placing the art of blending at the center. As a result, Henriot Ros\u00e9 is a multi-vintage blend, as well as a combination of the three main grape varieties in Champagne: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier. Each year, the cuv\u00e9e is produced from a selection of grapes with aromatic freshness and distinctive minerality. The cuv\u00e9e is also blended with still red wine (produced from the maceration of the grape skins and pulp) from a plot located in the heart of the A\u00ff Cru. Depending on the vintage, it accounts for 8% to 10% of the blend.<\/p>\n
