This wine is made from a blend of grapes grown in a vineyard over 50 years old, located on the slopes of the Sierra Cantabria.<\/p>\n
Alcoholic fermentation lasted 10 days. Maceration on the skins for 15 days. Fermentation temperature: 18\u00b0C. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging takes place for two years in oak barrels, 95% American and 5% French. After this, the wine rests for a minimum of twelve months in the bottle.<\/p>\n
TASTING NOTES
\nDeep cherry red color, intense, clean, and bright.<\/p>\n
The aroma is intense, featuring very ripe fruit accompanied by toasted notes, toffee, and vanilla.<\/p>\n
On the palate, it is sweet and balanced, with a high-quality tannic structure; it is velvety and very well-balanced.<\/p>\n
